Tonight, I am in Atlanta for an "offsite" (Work meetings away from the office). This is day 2 of 3 days. Cara is at home and she is feeling sick. She has a sore throat, a stuffy nose and is uber-tired.
Ava on the other hand is wide awake(at 8pm). For the last several weeks, she has grown to fight sleep whenever she feels tired. ....and so naps and bedtime are becoming a more difficult challenge.
As you can imagine, Cara is at home right now having a tough time.
I am grateful for my wife. She is an amazing woman who is faced with the adversity, loneliness and responsibility of caring for our child while I travel several times a month for my job. She is a great mother and unbelievable wife.
